How to apply
Student must obtain a FEMA Student Identification (SID) number FEMA SID (if you already have a FEMA SID number you don’t need to apply for a new one) Register to take the class. If you have never used the TEEX system you will need to register for an personal student account.
Join fellow coalition members for the upcoming WHEPP Meetings (11:00 AM – 12:00 PM) followed by Member Meetings (1:00 PM – 3:30 PM). These sessions offer vital updates, collaboration opportunities, and planning efforts for healthcare emergency preparedness in the Fox Valley region.

The Fox Valley Regional Trauma Symposium is a regional interdisciplinary education event bringing together EMS professionals, nurses, physicians, trauma program leaders, emergency managers, and public safety partners from across Northeast Wisconsin.
Vendor Registration
Vendor participation supports trauma education, system coordination, and regional preparedness initiatives that strengthen patient outcomes. Vendors will have direct engagement opportunities with attendees throughout the day, including designated break periods.
Vendor booths include one 6x2 foot table and two chairs. Electricity is available upon request.
Free parking is available at the Culver Welcome Center lot. Map will be included with final event logistics sent by May 20, 2026.
